Description

Colour: intense ruby red on a garnet background. Aroma: pleasant. Taste: dry, still, well-balanced, fullbodied. Minimum total alcohol content: 13%. It must undergo at least 24-month ageing (of which 6 months in wood vessels) starting from the 1st September of the year in which grapes were produced. Serving temperature: 18°C. Suggested food matching: white and red meat roasts, ripe cheese.
