Perlage: fine and lingering. Colour: more or less intense rosé. Aroma: pleasant, fine, gentle, flowery, ample and complex. Taste: dry or lean, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, fresh, tangy and well-balanced. Minimum total alcohol content: 11.00%. Serving temperature: 8°C. Suggested food matching: excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with all starters, cold cut meats and medium-aged cheeses
