Description

Perlage: lively, fading. Colour: more or less intense ruby red. Aroma: vinous, intense with a distinctive fruity bouquet. Taste: dry or lean, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, full-bodied, fresh, tangy and well-balanced. Minimum total alcohol content: 10.50%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Suggested food matching: meat-based dishes, boiled meat, cheeses and cold cut meats.
