Description

Perlage: lively, fading. Colour: more or less intense ruby or garnet red. Aroma: pleasant, fine, gentle, flowery, ample and complex. Taste: dry or lean, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, full-bodied, fresh, tangy and well-balanced. Minimum total alcohol content: 11.00%. Serving temperature: 8°-10°C. Suggested food matching: pasta dishes, boiled meat, cheeses.
