No more than 15% Ancellotta, Malbo Gentile, Fortana alone or blended. Yield per hectare: max 230 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 70%


Perlage: fine and lingering. Colour: more or less intense ruby or garnet red. Aroma: delicate, fragrant, ample with flowery hints. Taste: dry or lean, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, fresh, wellbalanced with a delicate hint of yeasts. Minimum total alcohol content: 11.00%. Serving temperature: 8-10°C. Suggested food matching: pasta dishes, boiled meat, cheeses.
