Description

Straw-coloured, greenish wine, delicate smelling; it has dry taste, bitterish after-taste; sometimes lively or sparkling. A champagne-type version is also produced. Most palatable as an aperitif. It matches starters, white meat or fish, soups, delicate cheese. To be drunk at 10 °C.
