Description

This white or very light straw-yellow coloured wine has a fine dry, mellow sweet and persistent froth, a fruity, flowery smell, a sapid, fresh, harmonic, velvety taste. Served at a temperature of 8 °C, it matches hors d’oeuvres in general and is an excellent aperitif.
