Its colour ranges from ruby to rosé; it has a pleasant and peculiar smell; it is fizzy, not too robust. With a fine and persistent froth, it is a young wine to be drunk young. Ideal temperature is 12-14 °C. Ideal with pasta with beans, boiled meat.
