Ancellotta 30 - 60% and, for the remaining part, the following grapes alone or blended: Salamino, Marani, di Sorbara, Maestri, Malbo Gentile, Grasparossa, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marzemino, Lambrusco Oliva, Lambrusco Viadanese, indented leaf Lambrusco and Fogarina. Yield per hectare: max 180 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 70%

Description

Ruby-red colour; distinctive, fruity, flowery smell; dry or palatable, mellow or sweet, sparkling, pleasant, full taste. At a temperature of 12-14 °C, it is ideal with boiled meat as well as the “ossobuco” (braised section of veal knuckle). The young version is available, with a minimum alcohol content of 11 degrees.
